Disappointed with the merchandise
I ordered on August 18, 2025, and received my delivery on February 7, 2026. The delivery time was completely unacceptable and not at all what was promised. This excessive delay caused me to lose customers.
Additionally, the quality of the product received was poor, which made my disappointment even worse. After such a long wait, I expected at minimum to receive a product of acceptable quality, but that wasn't even the case.
The after-sales service was equally disappointing. I cannot recommend this company. The entire experience was frustrating from start to finish - unreliable delivery times, poor product quality, inadequate communication, and poor customer support when issues arose.
I'm giving 1 star only because I can't give less.
